These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at samraiassociateslimited.site and your engagement with the services provided by Samrai Associates Limited ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By using our website or commissioning a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Samrai Associates Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, with its principal office at 98 High Street, Weston Favell, Northampton, England, NN3 3JX. We provide architectural and interior design consultancy services including, but not limited to, concept design, CAD drafting, 3D visualisation and technical documentation.
Each service we provide is described on our website with a fixed price, scope and indicative deliverable list. These descriptions are for guidance; the precise scope of any commissioned service is confirmed in writing at the time of each engagement. By commissioning a service, you confirm that you have read and understood the service description and agree that it meets your requirements.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or commission at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
A service is commissioned when we issue and you accept a written service confirmation (by email or other written means). At that point, a binding agreement exists between you and the Company. Work will commence in accordance with the agreed timeline following receipt of any required input materials from you and confirmation of payment terms.
Fees are as listed on our website at the time of your enquiry, plus VAT where applicable under UK law. We will confirm the total fee (including VAT where applicable) before work commences. Payment terms will be confirmed in writing with each commission. We may require full or partial payment in advance for certain services. Late payment may result in suspension of work and/or interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Delays caused by your failure to provide required inputs or feedback within agreed timescales may affect delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by client-side factors.
All work produced by Samrai Associates Limited remains our intellectual property until payment has been received in full. Upon full payment, we grant you a licence to use the delivered work for the purpose stated in your commission brief. We retain the right to use anonymised or redacted versions of our work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you have expressly requested otherwise in writing at the time of commission.
You warrant that any materials you provide to us are either owned by you or that you have the right to use them for the purposes of this commission.
Each service includes the number of revision rounds specified in its description. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery of each draft. Requests for changes that exceed the agreed scope, or that are submitted after this period, may be subject to additional fees which will be agreed in writing before work proceeds.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed in connection with the commission that is marked as confidential or is reasonably understood to be confidential. This obligation does not apply to information that is in the public domain or that we are required to disclose by law.
Our services are provided for design and presentation purposes. Our deliverables are not a substitute for structural, mechanical, electrical or regulatory advice from appropriately qualified professionals. We accept no liability for decisions made by you or third parties on the basis of our deliverables without independent professional verification.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any commission shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that commission.
You may cancel a commission at any time by notifying us in writing. Cancellation fees and refund entitlements are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Changes will not affect commissions already confirmed and in progress.
