We will respond within one working day to confirm scope, timeline and any further requirements. Once agreed, a simple service confirmation is issued and work begins shortly after.

It depends on the service. For concept packages, a brief description of the property, your aspirations and any reference images are a great starting point. For CAD drafting or documentation services, we typically need existing drawings (sketches, PDFs or photographs of plans). For CGI visualisation, we need your drawings plus any style or material references you have in mind. We will always confirm exactly what we need when we respond to your enquiry.

Turnaround times vary by service. As a general guide: AutoCAD floor plan drafting typically takes 3–5 working days; concept packages and mood boards take 5–7 working days; CGI visualisations take 7–10 working days; and full technical documentation sets or Revit models are agreed on a project-specific timeline, typically 2–4 weeks. We confirm the specific timeline before work begins and keep you updated throughout.

Yes. Our services are delivered entirely digitally, which means we can work with clients anywhere in the world. We regularly collaborate with international developers, studios and private clients. All communication is conducted in English, and files are delivered in universally compatible formats (PDF, DWG, RVT, MP4 etc.) that can be used anywhere.

No — all prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied in accordance with UK HMRC rules at the point of invoice. If you are based outside the UK, VAT treatment may differ depending on your jurisdiction. Please contact us if you have questions about pricing for international projects.

Yes. Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds, detailed in the service description. Revisions are requested via email or a shared brief. Changes that go beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, which we will always discuss and agree with you in advance. We aim to get it right first time by asking thorough questions at the start of every project.

Deliverable formats depend on the service: AutoCAD services include DWG and PDF; Revit services include RVT and IFC; CGI renders are provided as high-resolution JPEG or PNG (300dpi); animations are delivered as MP4; documentation sets are provided as PDF and DWG. Mood boards and concept packages are delivered as PDF presentations. Specific format requirements can be discussed at the outset if you have preferences.

Absolutely. All project information you share with us — drawings, briefs, site details and personal information — is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share client data or project information with any third parties without your explicit consent. If required, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any project information is shared. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes, and many clients benefit from commissioning complementary services together — for example, a Concept Package followed by an Exterior CGI, or AutoCAD drafting followed by a Technical Documentation Set. If you are interested in multiple services, contact us to discuss a combined approach. We can often structure the work as a coordinated programme with a single brief and more efficient handover between stages.

Because our services are bespoke and work begins promptly after confirmation, we apply a fair and transparent refund policy. Cancellations before work commences are eligible for a full refund. Once work has begun, a partial refund may be available depending on the stage of completion.
